01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77bbd platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between 77bbd ("we", "the Company") and the user ("you", "member").

• These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with 77bbd:

04 Deposit Rules

The following rules must be followed when depositing funds into your 77bbd account:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).

• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment method registered on your account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed. In such cases, a copy of your national ID or passport may need to be submitted.
• A withdrawal may not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Any applicable taxes or transaction charges are the responsibility of the user.

06 Bonus and Promotion Terms

77bbd offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (deposit + bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless stated otherwise.
• A bonus may only be used for the purpose for which it was awarded.
• 77bbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If misuse of bonus offers is detected (bonus hunting, arbitrage), the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• VIP Program: There are three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Tiers are upgraded based on regular activity.

07 Game Rules

All games on the 77bbd platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following rules must be observed while playing:

• Each game has its own rules. You should read the relevant rules before starting a game.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue (internet disconnection, server problem), 77bbd reserves the right to review the outcome of that round.
• Attempting to gain any advantage by exploiting software or hardware errors is prohibited.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final unless a clear technical error is proven.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, 77bbd will settle the relevant bets in accordance with its applicable policy.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bbd platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving offensively toward other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Misrepresenting your own or another person's account information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

77bbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• Receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request — please contact the support team to voluntarily close your account.

Upon account closure, any bonus or promotional funds will be forfeited. However, a decision on the return of legitimately deposited funds will be made subject to review.

10 Responsible Gambling Policy
